Shantal is a creativity & transformational life consultant, event & program manager, Reiki practitioner, Raindrop Technique facilitator and holistic marketing consultant for individuals and organizations.  She has over 10 years of experience in marketing, event planning, program management, fundraising, member relations and PR.  Her passion is to empower individuals to transform their lives and nourish their creative dream-making process by providing creative and holistic “soul-lutions” for personal growth and healing. 

In her spare time, Shantal takes creative writing lessons, choreographs dance pieces, facilitates groups on compassionate communication, and writes articles regarding art, creativity and spirituality for various online e-zines.  She is on the Board of Directors for Positive Focus - a global non-profit organization holding the intention of living life fulfilled through personal demonstration, inspiration, support, inspired action, joy and unconditional love in both virtual and physical connections.  Shantal serves as Vice President of Business Development & Communications on the Board (Chief Innovation Officer & Creativity Muse), Chair of the Inspirational/Educational Events Committee and Co-Chair of the Health/Wellness Committee for the organization.  She also volunteers for the Infinity Foundation, Chicago’s leading holistic education center dedicated to assisting in the evolvement of human expression.  Shantal provides PR, marketing and fund-raising support and is a member of the organization’s Benefits Committee.

A native Spanish speaker, Shantal holds a B.S. Degree in French Literature from Georgetown University, with minors in Marketing and Italian, as well as a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.
