What should I expect after a Reiki session?

  1. You must drink eight glasses of pure water for a minimum of three days.  This flushes toxins out of your system.  Water is important to the body;

  2. You may be advised to schedule another appointment to maintain wellness;

  3. You may inquire about absentee healing;

  4. In case of disease, you may wish to examine your lifestyle and make positive, healthful modifications.
