How do I prepare for a session? What do I do during the session?

•If possible, avoid caffeine, sugar and alcohol 24 hours prior to a session. It is best to have an intention and some place in your body or life you would like to have the energy focused. It is also okay to not be prepared;

•Take off your shoes, watch and metal jewelry;

•You should relax and enjoy the treatment. However, talking and asking questions is an individual matter;

•Allow your mind to release all thoughts and fears so that you can focus on the present experience.
