I Can Do Anything! – A bi-weekly workshop series designed to nourish your creative dream-making process
I invite you to join us in this journey to free your creative spirit and nourish your creative dream-making process.
In this experiential workshop drawing inspiration from the likes of Sark and Julia Cameron, we will use powerful life tools and engage in fun games and exercises such as creative play, writing, dialogue, movement, arts & crafts, sound, visualization, self-inquiry and meditation, which will help you to identify, access, nurture and celebrate your creative dreams.
Cultivate your awareness of your natural creative energy and experience personal growth and transformation as you learn to shift and dismantle creative energy blocks such as fear, resistance, self-doubt, procrastination, perfectionism and boredom.
Each week will also include some take-home steps designed to further nourish your creative consciousness and to accelerate your creative dream-making process.
Creative Muses Circle
This monthly circle is a place to share, create, be visible, empower and inspire each other as we bring our personal creativity to the group for celebration and support. We focus on building community and providing a safe place for self-expression and self-discovery among kindred creative spirits.
Activities include: addressing different aspects of creativity, including a discussion and creative exercises to spark the creative flame; hearing from different “creative muses” talk about their own creative journeys; sharing our own creative dreams, projects and experiences with one another; serving as a collective springboard of support, friendship, inspiration and the exchange of creative ideas; or quite simply, enjoying a supportive space in which to create (write, compose, paint, etc.) while surrounded by other like-minded creative spirits.
